Vinawel Capital is in the business of Asset Management. Vinawel Capital buys emerging market government securities (bonds, notes, and treasury bills) and makes it available to investors in the US. In accordance to SEC laws, eligible investors in Vinawel Capital include

• Hedge Funds
• Venture Capital Firms
• Accredited Investors
• Qualified corporations/ Institutional Investors

Accredited Investors as defined by Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.   Accredited investors include/ but are not limited to the following:

• A natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year …
• A natural person who has an individual net worth, or join net worth with the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the purchase, excluding the value of the primary residence of such person.
